Training

I am joining a group of riders going end to end to end Parkinsons Disease.

The Ride from Lands End to John O’Groats is by far the hardest thing I have ever done. I have absolutly no idea if I will be able to make it so I thought I better start training. I will be writing about how that goes in future posts. The current plan is to do 2 gym sessions every week, 2 short (10 mile) rides involving hills and at least 1 long ride at the weekend.
